Warranty & SLA

Even after the design and installation of all equipment, lighting, and show control, we remain involved. We always offer a warranty and maintenance package for all our projects.

All equipment comes with a warranty, and a Service Level Agreement (SLA) is available. The SLA covers the maintenance of the equipment supplied. This includes preventive and corrective maintenance. Preventive maintenance takes place on-site; we test the equipment, clean it, and provide firmware updates. Preventive maintenance extends the equipment's lifespan.

We can often resolve technical issues remotely, and if that doesn't work, we'll come to your location. In short: we ensure everything works and stays working.
