Experience the Wonder of Gouda

The city of Gouda celebrates its 750th anniversary this year. That is why a special double exhibition is taking place in the Sint-Janskerk and Museum Gouda: Experience the Wonder of Gouda.

Here you step into the sixteenth century and come face to face with art treasures, exciting stories and residents from that turbulent time. Kloosterboer, in collaboration with designers XPEX, delivered the exhibition, including delivery and installation AV.

The exhibition was festively opened by King Willem-Alexander on April 12. In the exhibition, visitors go back in time in images and sound as if it were 1570 with unique altarpieces in their original location in the then Catholic Gouda.

After the experience in the church, the Wonder continues in Museum Gouda. There, visitors can see, among other things, the life-size drawings in front of the stained glass windows in St. John's Church.
