Office Manager
Are you an organizational talent who thrives on a diverse role? To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Office Manager (24-32 hours) who takes care of day-to-day affairs with energy and overview.
Bee Kloosterboer Since 1982, we've been creating unique, comprehensive concepts for museums, theaters, restaurants, and theme parks. From our family business, which began with set construction, we work on high-profile projects. Innovation and sustainability are central to our work.
What are you going to do?
As Office Manager, you're the face of our office. You'll provide a warm welcome to guests and suppliers, answer the phone, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll support financial administration and project management, process invoices in Exact Online, manage orders, office administration, and mail, organize staff outings, and assist with travel planning. Thanks to your focus and energy, the office runs smoothly.

Who are you?
Must-haves:
- At least a completed MBO training (secretarial or administrative)
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience with MS Office and preferably Exact Online (or similar)
- Representative, customer-oriented and stress-resistant
- Good command of Dutch, English is an advantage
Nice to haves:
- Affinity with theatre, museums or exhibitions (and sustainability 🌱)
- Basic knowledge of accounting
- Driving license B
- Likes structure, but remains flexible
- Positive attitude and brings energy to the workplace
