A Streetcar Named Desire – ITA

From March 5 to 22, 2026, ITA Ensemble will present the production A Streetcar Named Desire, an exclusive remake directed by Rebecca Frecknall. The premiere will take place on March 8, 2026.

In this reinterpretation of Tennessee Williams' classic, desire, power, and domestic violence are brutally exposed. The story follows Blanche DuBois, who, after experiencing personal decline, seeks refuge with her sister Stella and brother-in-law Stanley Kowalski.

Kloosterboer is responsible for building the set for this production.
