Dinosaur time

Kloosterboer, in collaboration with the English design agency Event, developed and produced the Dinosaur Age gallery for the renovated Naturalis Biodiversity Center in Leiden. The 12-meter-high gallery showcases the enormous dinosaurs, with the T. rex Trix as the highlight. Other primeval reptiles, such as the Triceratops, also complete the impressive Dinosaur Age gallery.

Thanks to the dinosaur discoveries, Naturalis researchers have learned a great deal about dinosaurs and the era in which they lived. These experts know how the animals lived and what their environment was like millions of years ago. Dinosaur Age transports you to that world, transforming the fossils into much more than just fossilized bones. With special projections and sounds, they transform into flesh-and-blood creatures. In Dinosaur Age, dinosaurs come to life.
