Gooi and Vechtstreek Visitor Center

The renovated Gooi & Vechtstreek Visitor Center is the perfect starting point for a journey of discovery through a unique area teeming with nature and history. The completely revamped interactive exhibition tells the story of the region's natural environment and the rich history of the country estates.

In the center of the space grows the "I AM NATURE" tree: a sculpture with branches that extend across the ceiling. The tree forms the heart of the exhibition and invites visitors to reflect on their own relationship with nature.

The exhibition offers plenty to discover for young and old. Show-boxes and dioramas, a model of the vegetable garden (inspired by the ornamental garden at Gooilust estate), and interactive elements bring the estates and the landscape to life in a playful way.

Kloosterboer Decor took care of the complete construction of the new interior, including the supply and installation of the audiovisual hardware.
