Chocolate Nation

When you think of Belgium, you immediately think of chocolate. Belgian chocolate is world-famous. Antwerp is now home to the largest Belgian chocolate museum: Chocolate Nation.

The Chocolate Nation experience museum has been open to visitors since January and has already welcomed its 50,000th visitor after just five months. The experience museum, spanning over 4,000 square meters, is entirely dedicated to Belgian chocolate.

Fourteen themed rooms take you on a journey through the story of Belgian chocolate. The journey begins in the cocoa plantations at the equator and follows the cocoa bean to the world's largest cocoa storage port in Antwerp. A giant fantasy machine demonstrates how Belgian chocolate is made and how its velvety smooth flavor is created.

In addition to chocolate traditions, history, brands, products and innovations that have created its global reputation, you can taste to your heart's content.
