Ibsen house

In Ibsen House, director Stone brings together elements from Ibsen's lesser-known plays and rewrites them into a new whole. His starting point is the house that the visionary architect Solness builds out of love for a much younger lover. 

Kloosterboer was allowed to realize the entire house on a revolving platform, from the skeleton to the bedroom.

Houses play a major role in Ibsen's work. They are the perfect place where relationships crystallize: the complex relationships between men and women, the difficult bond between parents and children.
