Talent platform

Instead of visiting a benefits agency, people interested in education or work can come to the unique Talent Platform in Groningen to experience what is possible.

Kloosterboer has created a flexible interior designed by Pronk Studio, incorporating as many sustainable materials as possible, including lighting. This allows for a variety of configurations.

Visitors can take a talent test, map their strengths, or have a career interview. A map of the labor market region is also displayed on the floor. The Talent Platform is a collaboration between the municipality of Groningen and the Employee Insurance Agency (UWV).
